Quality & governance

Quality must be defined, measured and reviewed.

The value of a managed AI workflow depends on whether outputs meet customer requirements. Workforce size and task-completion counts alone do not establish quality.

We build quality checks into the workflow from the start.

01 / Define

Define acceptance before production

Agree on acceptable outputs, error categories and exception handling before work begins.

  • Task guidelines and examples
  • Output formats and validation rules
  • Error categories and severity
  • Review and escalation
  • Rework and rejection rules

02 / Measure

Measure the right outcomes

Depending on the workflow, measures may include:

  • Output acceptance rate
  • Error rate by category
  • Rework rate
  • Reviewer agreement
  • Throughput and turnaround
  • Cost per accepted output

Methods and targets are agreed before the pilot.

03 / Prepare

Prepare contributors for the task

Training must reflect actual work. Completing a course alone does not establish readiness.

  • Representative examples and test tasks
  • Defined scoring rules and pass threshold
  • Review instructions when requirements change

04 / Resolve

Handle exceptions consistently

Establish procedures for escalation, adjudication, correction and feedback to identify recurring errors and address their causes.

05 / Govern

Data handling and governance

Each engagement must define data access, retention, confidentiality, security and applicable regulatory requirements. Controls are documented for the agreed scope and actual operating arrangements.

We do not claim certifications, security accreditations or compliance capabilities that have not been established.

Evidence over promises

Assess quality through pilot results and customer acceptance.

We do not present unverified performance claims as proven delivery results.
